Da sich unser Angebot auch an Personen in der Europäischen Union richtet, verarbeiten wir personenbezogene Daten nach der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO).

2. Hosting und Server-Logfiles

Diese Website wird bei Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA, gehostet. Beim Aufruf werden technisch notwendige Daten (IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browser-Informationen) in Server-Logfiles verarbeitet. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; unser berechtigtes Interesse liegt im sicheren und stabilen Betrieb der Website. Die Übermittlung in die USA erfolgt auf Grundlage der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 DSGVO). Die Logfiles werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie es für den Betrieb erforderlich ist.

3. Keine Cookies, kein Tracking

Wir setzen keine Cookies, keine Analyse- oder Marketing-Tools und keine Inhalte von Drittanbietern ein. Schriftarten und Videos werden von unserem eigenen Webspace geladen.

Ihre Sprachauswahl (DE/EN) wird ausschließlich in Ihrem Browser (Local Storage) gespeichert und nicht an uns übertragen. Dies ist für die von Ihnen gewünschte Funktion unbedingt erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG).

4. Kontakt per E-Mail und Telefon

Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail oder Telefon kontaktieren, verarbeiten wir Ihre Angaben zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen) bzw. lit. f DSGVO.

5. Anfrageformulare

Über die Formulare „Automatisierung“, „Model Health Check“ und „Asset-Daten-Check“ verarbeiten wir Ihre Angaben (Name, Firma, E-Mail, Beschreibung, Auswahl) und den Link zu Ihren Dateien, um Ihre Anfrage zu bearbeiten und Ihnen eine kostenlose Probe zu erstellen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Die Formularangaben werden von einer Serverfunktion unseres Hosters Netlify verarbeitet und über den E-Mail-Dienst Resend (Resend, Inc., San Francisco, USA) an uns gesendet; Sie erhalten über denselben Dienst eine Eingangsbestätigung. Die Übermittlung in die USA erfolgt auf Grundlage der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 DSGVO). Ist der Dienst nicht verfügbar, öffnet sich stattdessen Ihr eigenes E-Mail-Programm mit der vorausgefüllten Anfrage.

6. Ihre Dateien

Dateien (z. B. Revit-Modelle, IFC, Excel, Screenshots, Videos), die Sie im Formular hochladen, werden verschlüsselt direkt in einen privaten Speicher bei Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) mit Speicherort in der Europäischen Union übertragen; nur wir haben Zugriff. Alternativ können Sie uns einen Link über einen Dienst Ihrer Wahl (z. B. WeTransfer, OneDrive) senden – dann gelten dessen Datenschutzbestimmungen. Wir behandeln alle Dateien vertraulich und nutzen sie ausschließlich für Ihre Anfrage. Auf Wunsch schließen wir vorab eine Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung (NDA) ab.

7. Speicherdauer

Hochgeladene Dateien werden im Speicher automatisch nach 30 Tagen gelöscht; heruntergeladene Kopien löschen wir spätestens 30 Tage nach Abschluss der Probe, sofern kein Auftrag entsteht. Anfragen und Korrespondenz ohne anschließenden Auftrag löschen wir nach 12 Monaten, soweit keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen. Ihre Einwilligung können Sie jederzeit per E-Mail widerrufen.

As our services are also offered to people in the European Union, we process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser information) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Log files are kept only as long as needed for operation.

3. No cookies, no tracking

We use no cookies, no analytics or marketing tools and no third-party content. Fonts and videos are served from our own web space.

Your language choice (DE/EN) is stored only in your browser (local storage) and is never sent to us. This is strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

4. Contact by email and phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Request forms

Through the “Automation”, “Model health check” and “Asset data check” forms we process your details (name, company, email, description, choices) and the link to your files to handle your request and prepare a free sample. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Form details are processed by a server function of our host Netlify and sent to us via the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., San Francisco, USA); you receive a confirmation through the same service. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). If the service is unavailable, your own email app opens instead with the request pre-filled.

6. Your files

Files you upload in the form (e.g. Revit models, IFC, Excel, screenshots, videos) are transferred encrypted straight into private storage at Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) located in the European Union; only we have access. Alternatively you can send us a link via a service of your choice (e.g. WeTransfer, OneDrive) – its own privacy terms then apply. We treat all files confidentially and use them only for your request. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) first.

7. Retention

Uploaded files are deleted from storage automatically after 30 days; downloaded copies are deleted no later than 30 days after the sample is completed unless an engagement follows. Enquiries and correspondence without a subsequent engagement are deleted after 12 months unless statutory retention obligations apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.
